On the afternoon of September 13 and 14, 午夜剧场 Law School held the "CHICAGO-KEIO LAW SEMINAR 2016" at the South Building on Mita Campus.
The aim of the conference was to seek an ideal form of standard form contract, considering the differences between Japan and US legal system, together with scholars from University of Chicago Law School.
9月13日および14日に「CHICAGO-KEIO LAW SEMINAR 2016」を開催しました。
シカゴ大学の教授とともに，约款に関して，日米の法制度の违いを踏まえつつ，今后、あるべき法について一绪になって探求しようという试みとなりました。
