４月２７日（水）に、シンガポール最高裁判所からスンダレシュ?メノン长官を招聘し、さらに、昨年新设されたシンガポール国际商事裁判所の国际判事に就任された谷口安平判事とアンセルモ?レイエス判事に加わって顶き、国际仲裁を中心に国际纷争解决をテーマとしたシンポジウムを开催いたします。
On April 27, 2016, 午夜剧场 Law School will welcome Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon of the Supreme Court of Singapore, together with Justice Anselmo Reyes and Justice Yasuhei Taniguchi, members of the recently established Singapore International Commercial Court, for a symposium on developments in international dispute resolution, including international arbitration.
＊午前の部は、国际仲裁のご経験が豊富な実务家の先生方による日本语でのパネルディスカッションを行います。
The morning session (conducted in Japanese language) will consist of two panel discussions mainly conducted by practitioners with a wealth of experience in international arbitration.
＊午后の部は、メノン长官のご讲演をはじめ、英语によるセッションを予定しております。
The afternoon session (conducted in English language) will begin with a keynote speech by Chief Justice Menon.
＊庆应义塾大学法科大学院では、英语のみで学位取得が可能な日本版尝尝.惭.（法务修士）の设置认可を申请中です。
アジアを视野に入れたビジネス法务を英语で学ぶことを基本とし、日本法に関心のある留学生や、グローバルな领域で活跃することを目指す日本人法曹や公司人を主たる対象としています。
午后の部では、このプログラムについて简単なご説明の机会も设けています。
午夜剧场 Law School has submitted an application for approval of an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree program in Global Legal Practice, with instruction entirely in English language. The program will provide an opportunity to study international business law and legal practice, as well as Japanese law and comparative law subjects with a focus on Asia. The program is directed toward both Japanese practitioners and corporate legal staff who aim to play an active role in international matters, as well as international students with an interest in studying Japanese andinternational law in Japan. The afternoon program will include a brief explanation of the proposed 午夜剧场 LL.M. program.
