Requirements for a Certificate
Upon completing the following requirements, PCP students and qualified international students will be awarded a PCP Certificate.
Requirements
METHODOLOGY COURSES (required) ……4 Credits
Finance, Policy and the Global Economy (FPGE) ……2 Credits
Independent Study (IS) ……2 Credits
In Academic Year 2026, FPGE is offered in the Fall Semester (Tuesday, second period) and IS in the Spring Semester (Tuesday, second period).
ELECTIVE COURSES ……16 Credits
Choose at least 8 courses (16 credits) from the Core Courses (基本科目) or the Advanced Courses (特殊科目) of the Major Subjects offered in English at Mita Campus. The Core Courses (基本科目) or the Advanced Courses (特殊科目) of the Major Subjects offered in English at Mita Campus can be identified in the syllabus.

Notes
Third-year students who plan to join PCP in their fourth year may increase their chances of obtaining a PCP Certificate by following these steps:
1) During their third year, register for the elective courses and successfully obtain credits;
2) At the end of their third year, apply to PCP and be admitted; and
3) Take the two methodology courses and the remaining elective courses that are required for the PCP Certificate, and successfully obtain credits.
