The Sports Medicine Research Center and the Graduate School of Health Management at ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ have been dedicated to promoting the World Health Organization's (WHO) Global Action Plan on Physical Activity 2018-2030 (GAPPA), announced in June 2018, in Japan and have been working on creating a Japanese version. To mark the completion of the Japanese version, the "ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Sports SDGs Symposium 2020," originally scheduled for February 2020 but postponed due to the spread of COVID-19, will now be held online. In addition to the original theme, the symposium will incorporate content that reflects the current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will re-examine physical activity and sports in the new normal and consider ways to integrate them into society in a sustainable manner. We would be grateful for your media coverage of this event.
