The Mita Public Speaking Event began at ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ in 1874 (Meiji 7) and celebrated its 700th event in July 2015.
On Monday, July 1, the 708th Mita Public Speaking Event will be held, featuring a lecture titled "The World through the Eyes of a Manga Artist" by manga artist Mr. Kunihiko Hisa.
