The ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Graduate School of Media Design (KMD) will hold the "Service Design Symposium 2019" at Mita Campus (Minato-ku, Tokyo) on Monday, March 4, 2019. This symposium will introduce the six skills that can be learned in the "Service Design Course," which was established within KMD after being selected for a subsidized project under the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Industry-Academia Collaborative Service Management Human Resource Development Project." These skills include design thinking, service design engineering, innovation marketing, a well-being perspective, information infrastructure design, and management accounting. The event will also explore the future that these skills suggest.
