The Faculty of Science and Technology of ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ and the Commissariat ¨¤ l'¨¦nergie atomique et aux ¨¦nergies alternatives (CEA) based in France signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for international cooperation in the information and communications field on January 13, 2017.
