According to a survey by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the percentage of people experiencing strong anxiety or stress related to their work is high at 53.3%, and it is not uncommon for individuals to suffer from mental health issues. Meanwhile, we as workers have a duty to manage our own health (duty of self-health care). In this seminar, to improve our mental well-being, we will consider the basics of self-care, including things to be aware of in daily life, practical adjustments, and effective methods for coping with stress.
