We will be holding the 138th ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ School of Medicine Lifelong Education Training Seminar.
The 138th seminar will be held in a hybrid format (Zoom Webinar / On-site: Meiji Kinenkan East Wing 2nd Floor "Kujaku-no-ma"). Prior registration is required, so please check the details below and apply as soon as possible.
Additionally, an information exchange session will be held at Meiji Kinenkan after the seminar, so please feel free to attend.

¡¾Precautions for On-site Participation¡¿
We ask that the following individuals refrain from attending in person.
Those with symptoms such as fever (1¡ãC higher than normal or 37.5¡ãC or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, abnormalities in taste or smell, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.

Application Method
* For this event, participation is limited to the following individuals. We may decline participation for those who do not meet these criteria.
Physicians belonging to ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ School of Medicine, Sanshikai, ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Medical Association, ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ affiliated/referral hospitals, or Tokyo District Medical Associations.
* Application Deadline: Sunday, February 22, 2026. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close once capacity is reached.
After registration, the secretariat will send the Zoom viewing URL within one week. Registration is complete upon receipt of the Zoom viewing URL.
* After registration is complete, the Zoom viewing URL will also be sent to those who wish to participate on-site.
* If you do not receive the Zoom viewing URL more than one week after registration, please contact the secretariat below.
* If you wish to change your participation method after registration is complete, please be sure to contact the secretariat.

For those who participate in the seminar, the ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Medical Association will register the attendance record (Web) in the Japan Medical Association Lifelong Education Training System. Registration is only for those who request it, so if you wish to register, please apply from . The secretariat will register your record after confirming your attendance history.
