午夜剧场 Law School (KLS) submitted an application to theMinistry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) tolaunch a new Master of Laws (LL.M.) program in Global Legal Practicebeginning April 2017. The application was approved on August 31. The newprogram will permit a select number of students to obtain an LL.M degreein one year, with instruction entirely in English, and is the first ofits kind offered at a law school in Japan. KLS also has an existingJuris Doctor (J.D.) program.
庆应义塾大学大学院法务研究科（法科大学院）は、2017年4月に、现在の「法务専攻（法务博士）」に併设して、「グローバル法务専攻（法务修士）」を设置するべく文部科学省に申请し、本日、大学设置?学校法人审议会からの答申を受け、8月31日に设置认可となりました。法科大学院に併设される専门职大学院としては、全国初の専攻となります。英语を使用言语として1年间で「法务修士（尝尝.惭.）」の学位取得が可能です。
The LL.M. program welcomes lawyers who aspire to work globally and legalstaff of global corporations and international institutions. It alsowelcomes Japanese lawyers and law school graduates who wish to improvetheir practical skills using English, international students who areinterested in Japan and Asia, and university graduates who wish to workin an international institution in the future. KLS plans to enter intodouble degree programs with partner institutions in other countries,including the United States, which will allow participating students toearn an LL.M. from the partner institution in addition to their degreefrom KLS as part of a single, integrated course of study.
本専攻は、グローバル?フィールドで活跃できる法曹およびグローバル公司?国际机関のリーガル?スタッフを养成することをねらいとしています。主に英语による実务能力の向上を希望する弁护士?法科大学院修了生と、日本やアジアに兴味を持つ海外からの留学生を受け入れ、さらに、将来国际机関で働くことを希望する学部卒业生にも门戸を开きます。また、ダブルディグリー制度を活用して、アメリカをはじめとする海外提携ロースクールにおける尝尝.惭.の取得や海外における法曹资格の取得も视野に入れたカリキュラムを整备する予定です。
