Educational Goals
Based on the ÎçÒ¹¾ç³¡ Policy on Graduation Certification and Degree Conferral (Diploma Policy), the goal is not only to acquire specialized knowledge related to health, medical care, welfare, and sports, but also to acquire management skills such as insight to identify health issues facing individuals and society, logical thinking skills to estimate the structure and causal relationships behind issues and construct them as hypotheses, analytical skills to verify hypotheses in a way that is convincing to everyone, and communication skills to share and implement derived conclusions. Furthermore, the program aims to foster leadership that leads society based on consideration for diversity and multiculturalism and a high sense of professional ethics. Health, medical, and welfare institutions and related businesses are required to provide higher quality services efficiently, and to provide meticulous responses based on the individual needs of service recipients. In light of this, the Master of Health Care Management aims to train individuals who can research, plan, and practice management to implement these goals, and who can make new discoveries and unique academic contributions that go beyond existing knowledge. In addition, the Master of Health Care Management degree will be conferred upon students who meet the prescribed requirements set forth in the curriculum.

Organization of the Educational Process
In order to cultivate the qualities and abilities listed in the "Policy on Graduation Certification and Degree Conferral (Diploma Policy)," the Graduate School of Health Management Major in Public Health, Sport and Health Sciences systematically organizes a curriculum consisting of introductory subjects, analytical method subjects, specialized subjects, internship-related subjects, special research subjects, and common graduate school subjects. In addition, for the Master of Health Care Management, Health Policy and Management, Health Service Financial Management, and Health Care Strategic Management are required subjects in order to acquire the specialized knowledge and skills that form the foundation of health care management.
Implementation of the Educational Process
Based on this curriculum organization, education is implemented by combining educational methods such as experiments, practical skills, practical training, fieldwork, presentations, discussions/debates, group work, role-playing, flipped classrooms, PBL (Problem-Based Learning), internships, and research projects.
Methods for Evaluating Learning Outcomes
The evaluation of learning outcomes for the qualities and abilities goals to be acquired through this curriculum is conducted using direct indicators based on the grading criteria set for each subject, based on the concept of the assessment plan for the entire Juku. In addition, quantitative and qualitative, direct and indirect indicators are used, including credit acquisition status each semester, class evaluation questionnaires, master's theses or project research papers, and graduation questionnaires.

Basic Policy for Selection
In order to accept a wide range of such students, selection is conducted through general entrance examinations.
?General Entrance Examination
Eligibility is granted to those who have graduated from a university or are expected to graduate by the time of enrollment. Selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation of application documents, an essay exam, and an interview exam. The essay exam tests basic academic skills, listening skills, and logical communication skills. The interview exam tests understanding of this major, curiosity to pursue academic disciplines, listening skills, and logical communication skills. The weight of these is approximately one to one.
